Add the tofu and let marinate at least 4 hours, turning at least once. \u00a0I marinate mine overnight before I&#8217;m going to cook it. \u00a0After marinating, drain tofu. \u00a0Toss tofu in olive oil and bake for 30 minutes turning once in between until nice and brown. \u00a0Serve with sauteed diced peppers in a hearty leaf of lettuce. \u00a0In the picture we also had sesame brown rice. \u00a0Rice was prepared according to package directions then tossed with scallions, sesame seeds and 1 tsp sesame oil.
