{"id":3494,"date":"2014-12-12T06:00:29","date_gmt":"2014-12-12T11:00:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.inspiredtolivefully.com\/?p=3494"},"modified":"2019-03-14T12:09:46","modified_gmt":"2019-03-14T16:09:46","slug":"baked-oatmeal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.inspiredtolivefully.com\/staging\/4119\/2014\/12\/12\/baked-oatmeal\/","title":{"rendered":"Baked Oatmeal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Breakfast food is my least favorite type of food which is why I&#8217;m perfectly happy to just drink my green smoothies for breakfast. \u00a0But this baked oatmeal right here&#8230;Mmm, mmm, mmm. \u00a0This is one breakfast item I love. \u00a0It makes me feel warm and cozy. \u00a0It makes the house smell good as it&#8217;s baking and it tastes like dessert. \u00a0We usually have this on Wednesdays in my house (meal planning makes life easier).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inspiredtolivefully.com\/staging\/4119\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/oats.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-3496\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inspiredtolivefully.com\/staging\/4119\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/oats-300x185.jpg\" alt=\"oats\" width=\"300\" height=\"185\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.inspiredtolivefully.com\/staging\/4119\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/oats-300x185.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.inspiredtolivefully.com\/staging\/4119\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/oats.jpg 441w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>2 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats<\/p>\n<p>1\/3 cup Chopped Walnuts<\/p>\n<p>2 tsp Baking Powder<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc tsp Salt<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp Cinnamon<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cup Coconut Sugar<\/p>\n<p>2 cups Almond Milk<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp Ground Flax + 3 tbsp Water = flax egg<\/p>\n<p>5 tbsp Coconut Oil<\/p>\n<p>2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract<\/p>\n<p>2 Baking Apples (Granny Smith, Pink Lady) peeled, seeded, diced<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 350. \u00a0Place flax and water in a small bowl and whisk vigorously then set aside. In a large bowl combine oats, nuts, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. In another bowl whisk milk, flax egg, vanilla, oil, and sugar.\u00a0\u00a0Stir wet mixture into oat mixture.
