Then in high school I moved with my vegan father and began packing my lunches daily. They had bento boxes laden with artfully decorated food. \u00a0I used molds, animal toothpicks and cutters. Well, 3 children later, I&#8217;m just looking to get something healthy in their bags that they won&#8217;t throw away. This is a lunch the children can make and pack themselves.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Pasta salad<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Make one big bowl and the family can eat this for a few days. The variations are endless. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.food.com\/recipe\/tortellini-salad-with-asparagus-and-fresh-basil-vinaigrette-484877\">HERE<\/a> is an easy one that my children enjoy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Corn muffins<\/strong> w\/ string cheese &amp; carrot sticks<\/h4>\n<p>Use<a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodrepublic.com\/recipes\/vegan-cornbread-muffins-recipe\/\"> THIS<\/a> vegan Corn Muffin Recipe<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Taco Salad<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>I can remix this from some of the above <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inspiredtolivefully.com\/staging\/4119\/chipotle-at-home\/\">Chipotle At Home<\/a> ingredients.
