As a mama of 6 I know what it’s like to feel like the work you do goes unnoticed.<\/p>\n

I know what it’s like to feel undervalued.<\/p>\n

I know what it’s like to wonder if anyone even cares.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

And this is no slight to our families. Every day my husband thanks me. He tells me how grateful he is for my cooking :). He tells me how great I’m doing with the children.<\/p>\n

But part of me can sometimes still feel some kinda way.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This is where we have to turn our gaze back to the ONE.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The One<\/span> who knows our needs.<\/p>\n

The One<\/span> who supplies.<\/p>\n

The One<\/span> who understands.<\/p>\n

And the One<\/span> for whom we are doing it all anyway.<\/p>\n

We do it all to bring Him glory. We cook food and change diapers and listen to teenage tales of friendship woes, we prayer, we cry, we mend hearts and kiss boo-boos and work heartily as unto HIM!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

And while we keep our gaze on Him, and keep our expectation from Him, I want to reward one mama for her faithfulness and her diligence. It ain’t easy Momming, especially in these Corona days with nearly unlimited face to face time with your kiddos.
